A Lasting Legacy of Compassion

Neal Lovell’s unwavering belief in the power of love, faith, and second chances is the foundation of Luv Care. His work continues to inspire transformation—not just in individuals, but in families, neighborhoods, and cities across the country.

The Moment That Sparked the Mission

Neal's mission began with a personal turning point. When a close family member faced addiction and hardship, Neal responded not with fear, but with unwavering love and support. The powerful transformation he witnessed sparked his lifelong commitment to helping others find hope and healing. This experience planted the seeds for what would become one of Florida’s most compassionate and effective transitional housing programs.

As a passionate realtor in Florida, Neal helps individuals and families rebuild their lives through secure housing, financial empowerment, and community support. He believes that everyone deserves a second chance, especially those overcoming addiction, homelessness, or incarceration. With a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise, Neal equips clients and residents to achieve the American Dream of stability and self-sufficiency.

Neal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Delaware. In 1995, he began his real estate career at his family’s firm, Lovell Home Sales, Inc., later founding House America Mortgage Banking to help first-time homebuyers and underserved populations access affordable financing solutions..

Education and Entrepreneurial Roots

In 2002, Neal relocated to Orlando, Florida, and began purchasing and renovating foreclosed homes to serve individuals denied access to traditional housing options. During this work, he recognized a deeper need—people didn’t just need shelter; they needed structure, support, and compassion. That insight led to the creation of Luv Care LLC, a premier recovery housing program dedicated to long-term healing and reintegration.
